Do these sound familiar?
Intense emotions are becoming difficult to manage — you or a loved one feel in a constant state of irritation.
You or someone you love avoids activities once enjoyed, or feels too anxious to leave the house and too nervous to go out.
There’s a struggle to connect with friends and family, leading to feelings of distance and loneliness.
Drugs, cannabis, or alcohol are being used to self-medicate, and it’s becoming uncontrollable.
Food has become a source of comfort or control instead of nourishment, or eating feels restricted and tense.
Medication has been tried before, but nothing seems to make a difference.
There’s a sense that ADHD, PTSD, or autism might be present — but fear or uncertainty has made it hard to seek clarity or evaluation.
Depression, anxiety, or trauma have taken hold for too long, and there’s a deep desire to finally feel whole again — to stop living a life that feels unfamiliar.
At Wellthy Psychiatry, we offer you integrative solutions to the issues above, including mind-body medicine, therapy, medication, and holistic healing practices.
We created Wellthy Psychiatry & Wellness so people like you can receive care that feels personal, respectful, and truly heard. Here, you’ll find a different kind of mental health care — no rushed appointments or one-size-fits-all plans. We take time to listen, collaborate, and build a treatment approach that feels empowering and tailored to you.
What exactly is “wellth”?
Wellth is the concept of being rich in well-being. It focuses on:
Physical health
Mental and emotional balance
Strong relationships
Purpose and personal growth
Connection to nature and community
Essentially, it’s a shift from measuring success in net worth to measuring it in life worth.
At Wellthy Psychiatry and Wellness, our focus is on building your wellth, whether through medications, supplements, or psychotherapy our goals for you are improved moods, less stress, better sleep, and quality time with loved ones.
Wellth is a modern blend of the words “wealth” and “wellness.” It refers to the idea that true wealth isn’t just about money, possessions, or success — it’s about living a healthy, meaningful, and balanced life— balancing your mind, body and soul. It’s the foundation through which we must heal.
