Hi, I’m Earl, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I work with LGBTQ+ individuals and allies who are navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and addiction—and I’m here to help you feel whole, balanced, and connected to your most authentic self.

Born and raised in San Francisco, I carry a deep appreciation for the diversity and resilience of this community. I completed my master’s in psychiatry at UCSF, one of the nation’s most respected programs, where I received advanced training in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and integrative mental health. My work at UCSF Psychiatry, UCSF Psycho Oncology, and Crestwood SF Healing Center shaped the holistic, person-centered approach I use today.

As a gay, neurodivergent provider, I know firsthand the unique challenges of identity, stigma, and feeling misunderstood. These lived experiences help me show up with empathy, warmth, and genuine understanding. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to explain or justify who you are—you can simply be yourself. I have volunteered also in queer spaces including Magnet Sexual Health Clinic and SF AIDs foundation as well as provided crisis services to LGBTQ youth as a Crisis Textline Counselor.

In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, grounded environment where your voice is central. I take a collaborative approach, valuing your insight as we work together. Whether you’re beginning your mental health journey or have been on this path for a while, we’ll co-create a plan that fits you—blending medication, holistic tools, lifestyle support, and deeper self-understanding.

My goal isn’t just to reduce symptoms, but to help you build a life that feels more aligned, empowered, and sustainable. I’m here to support you through the hard moments, celebrate your growth, and hold space for who you are becoming. You deserve care that feels affirming, attuned, and individualized—not one-size-fits-all—and I’m committed to offering that with honesty, compassion, and respect.

Together, we’ll move toward a sense of groundedness, clarity, and well-being—so you can thrive as your fullest, truest self.
