ADHD & Lab Testing
ADHD/ lab testing will be discussed in session and may be recommended depending on your treatment goals. Routine labs: may be covered by insurance, when not covered prices vary greatly
$200 - ADHD Testing via QbCheck
$250- Comprehensive Labs Review via Labcorp through Rupa Health
$450 - Specialized Functional Lab Testing (additional integrative labs added to above)
Other Services & Forms
There is no fee for clinical services provided between appointments (e.g. prior authorizations, letters or forms, transfer of records) .If you have any paperwork/forms that require completion, please schedule an appointment in advance of any due date so that we can discuss them in the office together.
Forms will be filled out only for established patients. Forms that may be provided could be 504 letters, ESA letters, etc We do not offer long term disability certification. Short-term disability may be considered for established patients who are in a day program that requires time off at the clinician's discretion. Any form requiring evaluation and more than 10 minutes will be charged at a rate of $250/hr.
No Surprises Act
In compliance with the “No Surprises Act” starting on 1/1/2022 “Good Faith Estimates” are available upon request and will be provided to all patients within 3 business days.
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

Follow-Up Visits
This will be all subsequent visits after your first visit with your nurse practitioner. It includes medication management and supportive therapy or DBT/ CBT/ ACT. Learn about different therapy modalities here.

Check-Ins & Calls
There is no fee for phone calls less than ten minutes, however, if a phone call more than 10 minutes is necessary, it is best to schedule an appointment to discuss any questions or concerns.
Insurance
Wellthy Psychiatry accepts both insurance and out of network benefits, including Aetna, Cigna, Optum, and United Healthcare. Of note, the rates will vary depending on your specific insurance plan— it is best to contact your individual insurance plan and ask. Please visit my Alma provider here or Headway provider profile here to see if we accept your insurance. At this time, we are not accepting Medicare or state medicaid (e.g. Medi-Cal) but we will point you to practices that do.
For out-of-network and private pay, the rates on the left reflect what you can expect to pay. We’re happy to provide a super bill, receipts, and any documentation that your insurance may require for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to verify eligibility.
Cancellations
In order to honor and make space for all clients who utilize our services, cancellations must occur at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost (private pay) or $200 for insurance clients. No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full session fee or $275 for insurance clients.
Please let us know if you are not able to attend your appointments so we can reschedule and avoid this fee. I understand that life also happens sometimes so will be flexible in extenuating circumstances.
